error acessing mature/adult places but u are 18 years old

hi so im 18 years old but i cant change the preferences of places it only appears general for me, it's something wrong with the account? i know that i put it the right birthday date. Why is happening then?

If you were not yet 18 when you joined SL, the system won't automatically declare you to be an adult when you turn 18.  You need to submit a Support Case and ask them to please change your status to Adult.  They may ask you for a photocopy of a driver's license or something, but maybe not.

not sure if it still works, but adding a payment method, when being above 18 , triggered the level up also in the past.
