Cancel limit buy

I made a limit buy of L$ and wanted to cancel it. It says "No order found". Is there a minimum number of days until you can cancel an order?

as long a order isn't filled a limit buy is found in the open orders.
Check if your order perhaps is declined.

If there is "no order found" under your $L Transactions>Open Orders, then the order was either filled, or your payment method was declined and the order was never actually made.

Thanks for your help, but the order is visible under "Open orders". The money is also already paid from my credit card. On the right is a button "Cancel this order". When I click this button I have to enter my password. Then an error message shows up saying "Order not found".

This sounds like you need to call Billing at 800-294-1067 during US West Coast business hours.

Many thanks, it seems it was a temporary website problem. Now it suddenly worked 🙂
