What viewer are you on?

Try removing everything you're wearing, deleting your cache, and logging into to a specific location, like 'Hiltrude' (a linden owned empty water sim - good place for lowest lag you can get.

Just put 'Hiltrude' into the specific location field before logging in - so you start there and don't have to TP to it.

 

IF you still have problems after all this... I'm not sure but with more info somebody might be able to figure it out.

If I were having all those issues I would uninstall SL and then reinstall a fresh version.

If after doing that you still have issues talk to Live Chat if you are Premium

When you hit these problems always check the Grid Status. If it is a known problem or planned service outage, you'll see it there. 

You can go into large groups in-world and ask, even if it is off-topic. Most groups are tollerant of such questions as problems involve everyone. The groups will get to the quickest answer.
