Officer of group cannot do assigned roles on private land

Hi

A friend of mine has a parcel that I have been helping her with. She assigned the land to a group she created, and made me an officer as I requested, however I cannot toggle land settings, teleport around, or deed objects to group, I'm sure among other things I haven't noticed yet. When I look at group settings for me and my role, these abilities are indeed checked.

I can however rez and build, which anyone in the group can do.I have tried while not wearing the group tag and can't, so the land is indeed set to group. 

I have also left and rejoined the group, changed group, and relogged. 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If the land isn't deeded to the group/group owned (light blue border if you have property lines turned on) you wont be able to make use of the about land window powers assigned to you in the relevant group role. The land owner may need to re-sell the land to themselves with the relevant buy option in order to make it group owned

 in the about land window is a deed button. And if it is private region there's no tier level needed.
