Payment Info went missing, submitted a ticket, answered the e-mail, now my account is "on hold"

Question

Subject says it all.  Opened a ticket because I logged in for the first time after about a month or so and realized that when I went to buy L$, it said I no longer had a payment method on file.  Now, the card I had saved doesnt expire for several years, so I was instantly paranoid.  Logged out, changed my password and submitted a support ticket.  A few hours later, got a reply, answered the security questions in the e-mail and just now when I tried to log in...."Your account is on hold".

So what now?  Do I sit and wait and HOPE I get my account back, or am I screwed because I reported something fishy with my account?
