Phoenix - Contacts list issue. Help.

A friend of mine in SL uses the Phoenix viewer, he's tinkered around and changed something, and he'd like to get things back to the way they were before he tinkered with it.

He says it used to be that the list of his online Contacts were in their own condensed list, now the names of his online Contacts are scattered amongst the list of his Contacts who are offline. He'd like to get it back to the way it was originally, where the online names are in their own condensed list. Thanks so much for any help.

Might try restarting the veiwer and seeing if it resets. Or resetting everything back to default.

Tell your friend to click the "Online status" icon at the top left of the Contact list.

You just click the header for whichever column you wish the list to sort by. Your friend has probably clicked the header of the names column and it is sorting by name order. Click the header for the first column instead.
