Sure you can -- as long as you have the LI to rez it

 

Side note -- the "I am a Premium member" part is a given if you have a Linden Home.  Only Premium members can have those.

A baby with no diaper or bottle rezzed out and not held is around 70 LI unless it's been updated with less.
