Combining notecards

I have several objects that each have a notecard with just a numeric value on the notecards. Is there a way to read and add up all the notecard values and create a new notecard or is there a way to merge multiple notecards into a single notecard?

No automated way.

Create a new notecard, copy & paste from old to new.  Read all the numbers and add them up manually.

Well, you could write a simple script to read the value off of each card, add it to the running total, and then tell you the result in chat.  You'd still need to cut/paste the chat into a new notecard manually, since you cannot create a notecard with LSL.

I open them all one by one, copy into notepad on my desktop, tidy up for readability, then copy-paste the whole thing into a fresh notecard. This is assuming it's all just text and no embedded images, LMs or other notecards.
