Per the Land Use Fees:

 

Add your Premium 1024 tier allowance to the values to see what your true limit at each level is:  49,152 + 1024 = 50,176.   Any usage at all over that will toss you into the next level.  

As Cindy mentioned, at some point, your total tier usage was 51,536:

 

My guess is that within the current billing period (from Nov 25 through Dec 25) you either owned more land directly or donated more tier to groups.
