Traffic Numbers on land?

Hi has anybody noticed anything weird on their Traffic numbers (under land).

My region (one parcel)  normally sits around 4-5K but for the last 24 hours has been "582" - which is weird as the Sim is busy (Saturday Sale started yesterday too).

I also (and perhaps never noticed this before) note in land it says the land was claimed in 2004...

Yes, the traffic count is down on 2 parcels that I know about, so I assume it's down all round. It may be that, at some point, LL did something and the counts were reset at that point in time. So, when the next reading came along, they hadn't had time to reach the normal daily figures.

That may be it Phil.  I will check again in 24 hours.  Not that it impacts anything really for me, but was interesting to note.

When I searched for places earlier, all of the traffic was way off. Places that normally had 20k or more were way down. So, must have been grid wide.

Traffic numbers are back to normal now. I think that's what it was - LL doing something that reset the counts, so that there were only small numbers when yesterday's totals were taken.

I think I am going to report my own thread as there is a duplicate form another poster in Tech and somebody then did a third one.

But if anybody does read this - mine is back to normal 21.7K which is in line with the Saturday Sale traffic expected.

@Charlotte Bartlett I should bother reporting this thread, Charlotte. The one at the top of GD in Technology went rushing off it a silly direction from the very post post. This thread was the sensible one
