My account ToReS Carfield was stollen. how can I get it back? I have created a case but it hasnt solved yet.

First of all please don't give any names on Forums. How the account was stolen?  Do you have premium account? When have you sent the ticket?

Support Ticket is the correct way of handling such issue. Unfortunately LL's support is deliberately slow, so you will have to wait - even if it takes some days.

It's a little late now, but always be very careful not to share your account with any other person and not to let anyone else know your password.  In addition to the risks you may face in RL from identity theft, you probably know already from Linden Lab's TOS: "You may not transfer or assign your Account and its contractual rights, licenses and obligations, to any third party without the prior written consent of Linden Lab." This means that you are fully responsible for any actions committed by someone else using your account.
