you make a master prim with the name of the product on it.. then you place each applier on that main prim and then link them all together making the master prim your main prim so link it last.  I have done this with clothing appliers and it works well and is very simple to make.

Saying it another way...

Put each applier/color in its own prim. These will become buttons. The scripts should activate on touch.

Make a big prim that you can place all the individual color prims (buttons) on.

The +X side of the big prim will be the face that shows on screen when worn as a HUD. So, place all your color prims (buttons) on that side/face. Then link all the buttons and link the big prim last.

This is the basic plan for a simple HUD. There are better ways to do this. But, this is the simplest.
