De render / re render

I have accidently de rendered a friends avatar and now cant see them. lol:manvery-happy:. How do I fix this?

I assume you are talking about derendering in the Phoenix viewer: You must remove them from the asset blacklist that can be accessed from the "Phoenix" menu in the menubar. After taking them off the blacklist, TP out of sight and TP back to get them visible again.

Try just changing your group tag, and they should appear to you again.

@ Carmen, go to the Phoenix menu at the top of your screen and to the Asset Blacklist. Remove your friend from the list and then you will see them again. You need to TP out and back if they are with you at the time.
