Ending Sl Piracy

Was just thinking that sl should partner with Tubitv a free movie and show site to end sl piracy from those illegal sites. It's just too bad that the sl web browser is outdated.

a bit confused. if you mean people sharing it on other sites. its not piracy sl/ll allows this.. such as sharing it on twitch or youtube.. making machinma about sl is by no means piracy.

I'm a little confused also.  It's not clear what "those illegal sites" is referring to. 

Based on your comment about Tubi and the SL web browser...  are you wanting to watch shows or movies from Tubi in SL?  Even if SL partnered somehow with Tubitv, I doubt that would satisfy everyone who wanted to watch some type of video, movie or show while inworld.

TubiTV, Pluto TV, Xumo, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.... 

They may start working when LL updates CEF to the most recent version. Note that "might" is the operative word because CEF stands for Chromium Embedded Framework, so it is just the framework, it is not a complete browser with all the features which you would expect from Chrome or even Chromium .

You would be better off just ignoring what other people do and where they got their media from, and run TubiTV for yourself in a browser instead of trying to police SL.
