It's going to be very hard.  You won't be able to see anything on an iPhone because there's no Second Life viewer for that platform. You'll have to get to a real computer, download a viewer, and log in from there.  Start reading here:

you joined 30-4-2008 ...and been last online 20-1-2010  you might need some refreshing at your side... do it slow, take the time..
