I lost 10 L$ when an upload failed..I want my money back!

I started off with -10 L$ somehow, I and bought 625 L$ so I only got L$ 615 after the transaction...

 

Now I tried to upload an image and they took away 10 L$ but after a few minutes the upload failed and I never got my L$ back, how do I get my money back??

Welcome to SL Answers. Please check in dashboard the transaction. Was it the cost of upload for sure?  If yes you may consider filling in the ticket.

File a support ticket? But honestly: Do you really expect LL will refund you L$ 10 which is literally peanuts?

The question was about what to do. For some 10 L$ is nothing for some much. I have no right to estimate the value. Apart of the case this is also an information that there is something wrong with uploads. If the money were really payed and there is no texture something may be not working as it should.

I sent you $L10 in-world.  Check your transactions for the failed upload and file a ticket if it is important enough for you.  However, try not to sweat the little things.

Leave it a while before doing anything. The uploaded texture may appear in your inventory later in the day. It's happened to me before with failed uploads that I was charged for. They arrived hours later, sometimes after I'd successfully uploaded the texture on a subsequent attempt and I then ended up with duplicates.
