how do I upgrade it

You don't.  But you can abandon it and choose a different style if you like.  But they are all 512m of land and 117 prim.

All Linden homes are 512sqm plots with 117 prims, because that is your land allowance for being premium so that you don`t pay any monthly tier fees.

You can buy more mainland  on a diffeerent sim and get more prims and abandon your linden home, so that you can use your allowance elsewhere if you want. Or buy more land and keep your linden home too.

Becoming a premium member requires a membership and a membership costs money. If you already have a Linden home, getting a different one will not cost anything extra.

Next step would be to drop the Linden home and buy 1024m2 somewhere on Mainland.(Upgrades for the Linen Home do not exist).
