Hello, I have a problem since 3 days on the sim. When we want to put an object, I have a message that the region is full. While there are still prims.
I don't know how to fix the problem.I have plots on the rental sim and the tenants have the same message. Which is very annoying
an example:

I restarted the region but nothing changes

It appears somebody set a 1.2 object bonus factor on the region. I'm not entirely sure that's the problem because the numbers don't quite make sense to me (unless there are other land owners in the region, not only tenants), but this is the kind of error one would get if too many parcels are using more than a 1.0 object bonus.

last week I know things that I did not leave and no worries. I wrote things to more than 100 prims. There in two days I can no longer

hmmm...are there any temp rezzers in your region?  Those things can take up all the LI, and then some.

I checked and it's definitely not the object bonus factor. I ran a script that analyzes land impact and capacity for every parcel on the region, and there's only 19,161 land impact total for a full region with the standard 20,000 land impact capacity. I don't know why it can't use the rest of that land impact.

(The 1.2 object bonus pushed that to 24,000 minus 3 rounding error when split among the four individual landowners on the region, but none of that matters.)

Yeah, so maybe I came after you'd already removed some prims. Anyway, just in case it's any help, below is the output of that script; the top part is for each individual parcel and the bottom is subtotals for each owner. The capacities include the 1.2 object bonus factor, so the sim couldn't support every parcel being full-to-capacity. I hid one parcel and one owner name I wasn't sure should be public. In fact, if you'd prefer, I can just remove the whole table and send it privately or something. Or I can re-run the script, or give you a box to run it yourself (but it takes a few minutes to scan the sim)
