Can't see avatar

Why i can't see own and others avatars properly?

I'm using latest Firestorm viewer.

Please if anyone know what should i do to fix this problem.

The avatar is not completely rendering. You can find the basic causes for that (bake fail) here: https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/fs_bake_fail

If the avatar never renders correctly, GenRye's recommendation is the best troubleshooting idea.

Avatar and scene render are often a sign of a weak Internet connection to SL. Use this info to test your connection to the SL servers: Troubleshoot Your #SL Connection.

Change your avatar and then change back, adding each item back one by one. If you are gray like this it might mean you are wearing something that - 1 has not loaded yet or 2-  Isn't for a that avatar type. Check all the items you are wearing.

please post your system specs from the viewer menu "help/ about"  now it's only a wild guess.
