two bodies!

HI! so i as trying on some clothes and for some reason and now have two bodies, its like my original avatar is poking through my new body and i have to sets of feet! im so confused, any help would be great! thanks

If you are wearing a mesh body:

• Ensure that your are wearing the system "Alpha" object, should look like a shirt icon.
• Ensure you are not wearing two copies of the same mesh body at the same time.

These are the only things I can think of with the limited description you are providing. Hopefully, it's only one of these issues.

These days, everyone has two bodies.  You always have your classic (system) body.  Then, if you have a mesh body (which most people do now), you wear it on top of the classic body, the same way that you would wear clothing or hair.  The trick is to be sure that your classic system body doesn't show.  That's why you have an alpha mask in the folder that came with your mesh body. Add (not wear) it to every outfit that you wear.  The alpha mask makes your entire classic body disappear.  If you also have a separate mesh head, be sure to add the alpha mask that came with it too.
