Have brand name on my face...not sure how to remove

I got a demo of a face/skin that I liked and tried it. Then I bought the actual face/skin and applied it. But, I still have the designer's brand name stuck to my face. What should I do?

Clear all the layers, both upper and lower if you have them, and then reapply the purchased skin.

Somewhere in the HUD there should be an option to reset the head to default - that takes the skin and all the makeup off.

From there, re-add the skin.

Clearing everything and starting over helped. Thanks for the help!

You probably had either:

A) the demo layer on a different layer than the purchased skin, or

B) the normal map from the demo mixed with the purchased skin

I deleted the demo files then cleared my skin and applied the new skin again. It worked.

Or a cosmetic layer, like blush or freckles, from the demo HUD.
