Texture changer / installer - Materials

Hello! Everyone knows texture changers / installers for vehicles. You place them near object and it changes texture. I am looking for  such a script or the installer itself, allowing you to change all three types of textures diffuse normal specular (materials). Tell me where I can get it?

Is it hard to write such script?

I know that the KinetikTech Texture Changer hud script system allows you to change diffuse, normal and specular maps. .:*BoSH*:. sells a material changer separate to his other texture changer hud systems. Both seller's products are easy to use. I'm not recommending them above anything else available on the marketplace or in world, as I haven't used anything else.
