Upgrading to Premium

I'm trying to upgrade my account from basic to premium. Once I verify my PayPal account and come back into SL, I get an error when I try to save my change from basic to premium.  Any idea what's happening?

I could be wrong with this, but does LL accept paypal for premium?  I thought they 'require' CC info on file.

If you are outside of the US Paypal is not an accepted method of payment. If you need advice on what methods you do have that are acceptable, make a free call to the billing number.
