Unless clothes were made by the same creator as a SET, they usually don't fit together perfectly.

The short answer is to use applier leggings.

I have a few pairs of pants that work well under most things. Look for very SIMPLE leggings with no belt loops etc.   floweys usually fit under most things. You might try a demo and see if that will solve the problem.

Also note that "sometimes" clothes made for a specific body don't actually fit that body well.

Alright thanks. They are simple leggings and super sleek. Maybe it's the sweatshirt top. It kind of pulls back in and attaches to the thighs at the bottom, unlike an old Jane tunic dress I have. Which I started to wear, but the cuffs are done really bad. lol

Guess I keep shopping for a cute baggy, casual sweater/tunic.

Since they came in all shapes for 1 price, I just put on the Venus leggings even though I have Isis body. :D

Yes, this is sometimes the answer.  Mesh leggings are one of the few items that I will keep other body/sizes in - specifically for this reason.
