The only real power your nemesis has are the words he's using. If he's in a well regarded position in one or more of your groups, he might convince those in power to eject you. He can certainly eject you from any groups he manages. Beyond that, it's all a matter of him investing time to convince others that you are a problem. That would require a lot of effort and it would also require that the administrators of your groups and the sims you visit to be very gullible. It's very easy to brag about power in SL. It's much harder to exert power.

I recommend you block/mute/ignore the person who's bothering you and go back to enjoying the vast majority of SL residents who make this a fun place to explore.
