Rename and moving is included with the transfer, the Sim will have to move from its current location.

$109 USD Tier paid thru September 11th.  Sim name is Chandra Sea.

If sale is after September 11th, the following month's tier will be added, bringing the sale price to $709.

Is this a grandfathered region? If not then why would anybody pay 600$ when they can purchase one directly from Second Life for $150 and get an entire months rent included..

Also left out, buyer will need to have a full sim to associate the homestead with. Amirite?

That's $560 too expensive. A new one costs:

and comes with the first month's tier for free.

 

As it's clearly not grandfathered, I honestly suggest you abandon the homestead. It has zero value. DO NOT pay more tier on it, don't waste your money.
