Question

Hey there. So recently my Top Sell Report on my MP Store will not generate. It simply gets stuck on the "generating report" page. Does anyone know what to do or who I can talk to specifically?

From your dashboard (secondlife.com or simply click on the Second Life logo at the top of this page) , select Help >>> Support >>> Submit a Support Case

Typically within a few business days, but a case that is either unexpectedly complicated, poorly documented, or comes at an unusually busy time may take longer.  HYou should get an e-mail acknowledgment of your case reasonably soon, and you can check on any progress (or add further information, if necessary) by returning to the support site and referring to your case by its case number.
