I already tried everything, the date and the clock are correct. It's been 3 days that I can not log into this computer in any of my avatars. I can usually get into another computer on any avatar. LittleMe Jewell Posted July 14, 2018 Share Posted July 14, 2018 Shut down all programs on your computer - to be safe. Temporarily disable your anti-virus and try to start the viewer. If that works, then you'll need to exclude the SL folders from your anti-virus. If that doesn't work, try turning off your firewall and see if that will let you in. Remember to not use other programs while you are testing, since your internet is not safe during this, and remember to turn the anti-virus and/or firewall back on when you are done testing.
