Permissions to adjust parcel in "About Land"

I have a group that is set to the land of a sim I do not own but help manage.  A management group has been assigned to the parcel. In that group I am an owner, I have full permissions.

When I open the parcel "about land" menu, all options are grayed out.  I cannot ban and I cannot adjust the media stream.  I am wearing the tag for the group.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

you will only have full group powers when the group owns that land, not only "set"

Yes, you need to deed the land to the group, then the group powers will take effect

It's been so long since I had to deal with land only set to group that I forgot what a pain this all is. The conventional way around it, short of deeding the land to group, is to provide landowner-owned scripts that handle media and audio streams, and perform security functions, where those scripts are authorized for use only by specific agents.
