Linden home control panel

The home control panel has been frozen for a day. I can not edit my Linden home. Has a solution been posted already? 

I get this message

next to the, totally correct answer of Love, you also can contact live chat, as you'r premium 

(only available at certain hours ... check the support portal if those suit  you)
