Ive heard of squatting in second life, what is this is it a way to buil a free house like a skybox? I have a house and furniture in my inventory but have no where to put it,  please help me find a place to call home!!!!

 You just need to find someone who is willing to pay your tier for you.

Unless you want to get booted off the land, rent your own parcel somewhere.  If you can afford the computer to get here, you can certainly afford a few dollars a month for rent.

If you're looking for a cheap solution, you could sign up for premium membership (assuming you haven't already). I don't have the exact figures to hand, but annual membership works out at a net cost of only a few Euro/dollars a year, and you get a choice of ground-level house which you can furnish with your own stuff. Worth considering I think.

Premium is the way to go.

Costs $72 USD a year, but you get 52x300L$ in stipend.  Work out how much you would pay for those Lindens, and it turns out you are only paying about $15 pa for the 512sqm plot.  (Can't be bothered to check the figures, but it's not far off)
