Email does not receive the IMs

Hi!

From july 2017 I did not receive any IMs from second life. I review my SL account and my preferences and all is rigth?

What can be the reason?. Thanks.

Sometimes...ok, a lot of times, even with settings set up properly, (ie, verified email address, which is the only advice LL will give on the subject), this IM to email function STILL does not work properly. I probably get about half of the IMs I should, and that's when I consider it working "well", lol. I believe, and have held this belief for a long time(since the option became available) that whatever system they utilize, is broken somewhere, and no one at LL is either A-interested in fixing it, or B-capable of fixing it.  At any rate..you're not alone. 

Of course, when I log in, whatever messages I missed, are *usually there, so I can answer them inworld, but that doesn't help when I am unable to login-which is when I would typically respond via email if necessary to help someone.
