no group join

hello anyone that uses viewer 2 can answer my question  when i go to a a group profile there is no "join group" button on any group can someone help me

the "join now" button is on the side of the group picture once you open a profile.

tested in the latest beta and the current and what i find out is that that button isnt there in private groups, not meant for anyone to join. also in the groups i already joined.

probably the groups you want to join are not open for the public, or you may have joined already.

you can check in the people tab on the side bar, under my groups to see if its already there

all of the  groups i look up none of them have the button  none at all  and im not in them and they are public to join

thats very strange, try uninstalling and reinstalling the viewer, if you are using the current viewer try switching to the latest beta, if some file is damaged, that may correct it.

Are you on the latest viewer in Basic mode by any chance?

are you looking at the profile of the group or just looking at the group in the search window??

the join button won't be in the search where you open to see the group..you have to click the profile button and it will open the group in the side bar and then a join button should show..
