What you're asking for does not exist.  Here's the problem...

Your genital attachment is an OBJECT.  Clothing layers for the classic avatar body do not affect objects, so your attachment will appear to "poke through" your panties.

You could wear mesh panties, and if they are large enough, they will go over your attachment and "hide" it.  However, in certain poses, it's still likely to poke through the clothing.  Besides, if you then put on other clothes over the panties, you'll have the same problem...unless your trousers are really baggy, the panties will tend to poke through them.

You see, Second Life clothing does NOT behave like real life clothing.  Some of it is simply painted onto your avatar body.  Other types, like mesh clothing, will bend and move with you, but it has no solidity...we call such objects "phantom" objects, because they don't have any collision physics.  Avatars and other objects simply pass right through them.

Because of this, your genital attachment has a feature that allows you to make it transparent.  Look for a button on your HUD with "Hide" or some similar label.  This will solve the problem, but there are two things you should know about that.

  1.  People who know how to look will still be able to see you're wearing the genital attachment.  While it's in hidden mode, hit CTRL+ALT+T and you will see it there, highlighted in red.
  2.  Any time you're wearing it, you're adding a lot to the region's script load and contributing to lag for yourself and everyone around you.

For these reasons, most considerate people in SL do NOT wear genital attachments until they are in private, with their partner, and about to actually use them for the intended purpose.
