If you are using a system body: When you change from female to male most of your proportions will change. You then need to change all of the sliders to create a shape you are happy with.

Be aware that if you are wearing a mesh body you can't change - your shape's gender is dictated by the mesh body - for example the Avatar 2.0 requires a female gendered shape. If you try and change this your neck will be messed up and no clothing will fit.

A lot of male avatars use female gendered shapes with male gendered mesh bodies over them.

ok are we talking shapes that the consumer made? or one the the creators have made? and if the latter, why and where is the documentation on this information, because it is news to my eyes that 2.0 requires a female shape. If this is the case then why does Hydrogen even bother making neck sheaths for the Aesthetic mesh for males if using a female shape would fix the issue? Again where is the documented proof of this practice? I personally chalk it up to creator choice and or laziness upon packaging shapes for sale items.
