Does Second LIfe experience "rollbacks"?

A rollback is basically when the state of the server is turned back to a previous restore point, such that all progress (such as items and money gained and transactions made) since that time would be erased. This was infamously common in an online game I've played.

I was wondering if Second Life experiences rollbacks, and how often if it does.

A region you own can be rolled back, but you have to have a pretty good reason. None of what you list can be rolled back.

Oh I see. So that's good.

was a time where rollsbacks caused duplication of no copy items, but that's been resolved.

Your inventory items & transactions will never roll back.
Regions can roll back though but it won't happen often. If a region is rolled back, anything rezzed or changed on that region after the sim state save the region is rolled back to will be lost.
Region owners can request a region rollback but they are only performed if there is a very good reason.
If a region crashes, this will also cause a rollback to the most recent sim state save.
Region crashes are rare unless the region is being targeted by griefers.
