SL Viewer not initializing or loading, says update graphicsdriver

I was given a good tower with a 500 gig hard drive and 4 gig memory. Has Radeon 9600 graphics card. SL viewer recommended Radeon 9500 or better .But when I try to install and run, it days update graphics driver. Everything is fully updated. Since my card is better than recommended, why is it not working?

Did you actually go to AMD's website and download the latest drivers?

If your card is better than recommended, but your driver is worse than required, things ain't gonna work. Update the driver. If that doesn't/didn't work, report back.

I have it fully updated, still saying same thing
