HELP !! money sent to my paypal as linden lab says but its not in my paypal account??

so i tried for the first time to transfer lindens to dollars then to my paypal now i have waited 5 days and toay i got a message from linden lab says that the money transferred to my paypal and i need to sign in to check my paypal and the money should be there  .. when i logged in to my paypal there was nothing zero. so what's going on here??

* i have a prepaid payoneer master card linked to my account and i buy lindens with it normally 

* the amount is $358.98 and linden lab said they completed the order and when i open my paypal i don't see the transaction at all !

and what you think we can do for you here? Any questions concerning a individual transaction you have to ask at support. Nobody here can see, do or change anything.

 

If LL says it's transfered, contact paypal.
