Can't set profile to adult, tried everything!!! HELP

it has to be set to adult in the viewer, in search and on MP

if that not helps, contact support

be sure you gave the right information during sign up, remember your secret question, and proof you'r the rightfull account holder.

If you can't give them the answers they need... you won't get any help.

You set your Maturity preferences in three separate places:

1. In Me/Preferences/General
2. In the in-world Search tool (CTRL+F)
3. In My Marketplace on this website

Both you and your friend will have to have your preferences set to Adult in order for you to send her an Adult-tagged item.

If, after looking at the three areas above, some or all of them are grayed out, then

• You (or your friend) may be under 18 in Real Life.  In this case, learn patience.
• There is a glitch in the system (it happens sometimes.)  Whoever of you is experiencing difficulty will need to file a Support case.  You might be asked to provide proof of age, such as a scan of your drivers license or birth certificate.
