KaiKy Ying

Hello, I've tried everything to set my profile to adult, and have had my account for years. Recently trying to gift some mature content to my friend, and she can't set her profile to adult either. I've tried everything, but I can't set my ingame search settings to adult. It is greyed out and says I must be 18 or older. She is having the same issue. Any help?
