how do i reposition camera controls

If I click on the camera control button on the bottom bar, it only positions itself at the top right of the screen obscuring tp arrows.How do I reposition it.

Alwin's right.  You can drag any control window with your mouse.  Just click on its top edge, hold, and drag.  In this case, of course, you don't really need that silly camera control window.  It just uses up valuable space on your screen.  Learn to use your mouse and keyboard instead:
