when i res and object and right click on it and select open the contents will not load

A friend is having this issue she reses a box with items she bought from a store and even tho she clicks to open the box the contents will not load nor when she click on the radial menu open in  the second live viewer or firestorm any way to resolv this?

 

 

this happens in any reagion and yes the boxes have items in them

Try going to a different region.  If that region's server is really busy -- as it might be if there are a lot of avatars there now, or if there's a lot going on -- then it might take the servers a long time to load object contents.

Does the box actually HAVE any contents?

There are some scammers on the Marketplace that sell "products" that are only empty boxes.  Right click the object and select Edit.  Look in the Content tab.  If there's nothing there...well, then there's nothing to unpack.
