A friend is having this issue she reses a box with items she bought from a store and even tho she clicks to open the box the contents will not load nor when she click on the radial menu open in the second live viewer or firestorm any way to resolv this? this happens in any reagion and yes the boxes have items in them

i have downloade the Latest SL viewer and i set it to adult content a week ago and i even check in firestorm my main viewer that it is set that way unfortunatly in the market place it is only letting me view general not moderate nor adult
