why cant i still get in skilled gaming i meet all criteria

this is rhird time they keep putting me out and i just want to know why they keep closing my ticket as resolved and i cant get back to game station i been there over 3 years

If you believe that you meet all of the requirements for Skills Gaming, then follow Linden Lab instructions and "try resubmitting your current billing information and re-logging into Second Life as a first step toward troubleshooting."  Then re-submit a support case.
