Just tell the owner to Offer a Teleport to the bot.  That's easy.

Otherwise, a "forced" teleport is a function reserved for Lindens only.

Rolig is right.  However if the bot is on land you own or rent with the authority to control access, you can ban them.  If someone is on your land and you ban them, it automatically ejects them. If you rent the land and can't control who comes there you can ask the landlord to ban the bot.

Maybe you could enable RLV for the bot (assuming the bot is running a third party viewer with RLV functions).  Then you could force teleport it to you.
