0 Amethyst Jetaime
Could you be more specific? What shape are you trying to make? 0 mikka Luik
Depends on what you actually mean by 'puncture' but a trip to the Ivory Tower on Natoma is always a good step to see possibilities. Or blender
0 Theresa Tennyson
A torus is already punctured by the "donut hole" running through it. The "hole" settings in the object editor will modify it. Both a torus and a hole through a solid object are a load on the physics engine; the system probably won't allow you to put a second hole through a torus to reduce the possibility of using a punctured torus to grief the simulators. 0 Lindal Kidd
If you can't achieve the shape you want with the building tools, your best recourse is to build the object in Blender (a free 3D modeling software) and then import it into SL as a Mesh object.
