Linden Lab will no longer be able to support payment to your bank via wire transfer.  If you wish to payout your USD balance, please do so through Paypal or Skrill.

No.  In fact, in the past ten years that I have been in SL, I don't think they have ever mailed out checks.  Until last year some time, the Lab would do wire transfers to or from your bank if you were outside the U.S., but that, too, is no longer possible.  If you want to transfer cash out of your USD balance, you have to do it through your own PayPal account.
