Process Credit Button Dimmed

Question

For the first time in 6 years the Process Credit button is dimmed when I try to click it and get my balance deposited in my PayPal account. I've never encountered this before. What does it mean? I rely on this income. I turned in a ticket, but I'm getting very concerned. Should I call?

For some of us, our accounts were delinked from Paypay, so you just have to reenter/relink it. Maybe that's what you're experiencing. Here's the post about it:

[Posted 8:21 AM PST, 22 June 2016] Some residents have reported problems using Process Credit. It appears that the Payout Method may have been deselected, selecting it again should correct the issue. To do so, please go to https://accounts.secondlife.com/process_credit/; in the "Payout Method" section, click Change, select your PayPal or Skrill account, and click OK. If your payout method does not appear, please use Add a PayPal account or Add a Skrill account to re-add it. 

If this does not resolve the issue, please file a support case at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ so we can assist you further.
