lets start with the stipend... that comes weekly on tuesdays. The sign up bonus after 45 days if you'r still premium that time.

For the land... depends what you want. If you want a Linden Home, you go to your account page and click the premium tab. Go from there and you will be lead through the process and as last get the lm and location of your home.

If you want to buy your own land, yes buy... won't get it for free, you have to go inworld and use the search, landsales.

Be sure to choose mainland, or you won't get your free tier level of 512 sqm.

In the first case, Linden Home, you get a random parcel somewhere on a Linden Home region, you can pick a house at the website, but not the location. You can change this up to 5 times and have a 24 hour cool down period than. ... and start again... till you have the place you want. A big + at Linden Homes is that your home doesn't count against the prim use on the land. Everywhere else it will.

Hi!  Welcome to Second Life.  The answers to both questions are in the Knowledge Base, which you should learn to use as your first resource.  The tab is right at the top of this page.  When you get thete, type in the Search keyword Premium. The first article you will see is Premium Membership, which addresses Linden Homes and Linden Dollar Rewards . There's a link to further information about Linden Homes there too.

A Premium membership gives you a land fee waiver to cover the monthly fees on a 512 sq m parcel of land anywhere on the Mainland contient.  A lot is packed into that sentence.  Note that (1) you do not get land, but a waiver of monthly fees, (2) the waiver covers the $5 a month fees on a 512 sq m parcel -- you pay the fees on the excess, if any, and (3) you can use the waiver anywhere on the Mainland --Linden-owned -- continent, but not on private estates.  Land fees are like a condominium fee or property taxes.  You don't have to use your waiver, but you have already paid for it with your Premium membership, so it would be silly not to.  You may either request a Linden Home -- a starter home that you rent from Linden Lab -- or you may buy your own land on the Mainland and build your own home there.  The waiver applies to either. If you buy your own parcel, you pay the purchase price and the cost of building a home (if any).  If you rent a Linden Home, the land fee waiver covers everything.

I suggest reading the Knowledge Base artiocles carefully.  If you still have questions, come back and ask.
