what do I do about a failed delivery on something I bought in world at one of the shops?

I paid $13,099 for the couples dance ball with the 3FX dance pack in it for Hento Nine and it has not been delivered to my inventory. What do I need to do to get it. I have sent all this to the shop owner and it has been almost a week and still nothing.

You need to put that information onto a notecard and send it to the merchant with a polite note, asking for redelivery.  Be a little patient.  It is the weekend and many merchants have real lives, just like you and me, so it may take a day or two to get a response.

i'm not sure i should say it, but brace yourself for a big disappointment.... there are several people having bad experiences with this item/seller.

Sadly Alwin is right, I and my partner have had lost deliveries, and they never respond, even when put on their website. They should be closed down by LL, it is theft in the end.
